| ARRDEX TENANT SERVICES REQUEST INSTRUCTIONS
A. ACCESS: http://requests.aardex.com from any
web browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, etc.)

B. PASSWORD: Once you have accessed the website,
enter your username and password. If you have forgotten your password,
please email tsr@aardex.com.
After you type in your password, press submit.
C. REQUEST SCREEN:

1. User: Your name automatically appears. Tab to next input field.
2. Property: Property code will automatically appear. Please note:
If you are responsible for more then one facility, you will be able
to select which facility by clicking on the down arrow next to the
property code and selecting the facility you are requesting services
for. Tab to next input field.
3. Request Description: Please type in your request (i.e. Computer
Room is hot), tab to next input field
4. Requesting Individual: Please insert a name if our service technician
is to respond to a particular individual regarding this request.
Tab to the next input field.
5. Room #: Please insert a Room Number. If no Room number, tab
to the next input field.
6. Area Details: If there is no room number, please be as specific
as possible as to the exact location needing service. Tab to the
next input field.
7. Priority: Click on the down arrow to the right of this field
and select the priority of this request. Tab to the next input field.
8. SUBMIT THIS REQUEST. Press Enter.
D. REVIEW REQUEST SCREEN:

1. Please take the time to review your request.
2. Attach File: this field allows you to attach a file or a photo
if needed.
3. Submit – Edit: This field allow you to either click on
the Submit Request button if you are satisfied with your request
or Edit Request Before Submitting.
4. Edit Request Before Submitting: If you choose this, you will
be returned to the Request Screen. Tab through to the field you
wish to make a change to, insert your changes and select Submit
Request.
5. Submit Request: Click on Submit Request.
E. VIEW PAST REQUESTS:

1. This screen will allow you to view all requests you have submitted.
2. To view any of the requests, click on the request you wish to
view and it will bring up that request.
3. You will be able to add notes to the request which will be visible
by you and the Aardex Property Services team, read notes from the
Aardex team, view the status of your request, etc.
F. FEEDBACK:

1. After an issue has been closed, at the bottom of this screen
you will see an area where you may give us feedback on our performance.
Tab to the input field.
2. You can also give us feedback as to how we performed a particular
service when you are in the VIEW PAST REQUESTS screen. Click on
the right down arrow, rate us and
3. If you wish to give us a detailed description of your rating,
kindly fill in the box below the rating field.
G. HELP:
1. If at any time you need assistance in scrolling through our
request screen, please click on the HELP name at the top of each
screen and scroll to where you are in the system.
2. You may always call us for assistance and if you need our contact
numbers they can be found by clicking on CONTACT US at the top of
each screen.
